1. Acceptance

By using Baladeyati+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• All account information must be true and accurate.
• Account approval is subject to review by the municipal council.

3. User Obligations

• Use the Application in compliance with Lebanese laws and municipal regulations.
• Provide truthful information.
• Keep login details secure.
• Avoid submitting offensive, unlawful, or fraudulent content.

4. Prohibited Use

• Misuse voting, ads, or complaints.
• Post false information.
• Submit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Interfere with system security.
• The distribution of provocatory content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, religious, political, and social information or commentary. Any attempt to share such content in an offensive, inflammatory, or disrespectful manner will be considered a violation of our policies and may result in the immediate suspension and/or permanent termination of the account.

5. Services & Content Moderation

• All submissions (complaints, ads, news, votes) are subject to municipal review and approval.
• The municipality reserves the right to remove or reject any content without notice.

6. Payments and Fees

• The Application displays municipal fees (e.g., property, permits, waste collection).
• Payments are not processed within the app — they are for display only.
• You remain responsible for fulfilling payments directly with the municipality.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Application design and content are owned by Baladeyati+ / Finova Fintech.
• Users retain rights to submitted content but grant the municipality a license to use it for service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We are not liable for errors, interruptions, or delays.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access or loss of data.
• We are not liable for decisions based on app content.

9. Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you provide false or misleading information.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated if misuse or abuse of the platform is detected.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lebanon unless they have been resolved without any legal intervention.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application means you accept any changes.
